Help Us Build the FIRST® Mid-Atlantic Alumni Network!
Mid-Atlantic Robotics is excited to announce the launch of our new Alumni Committee, established by the MAR Board of Directors to expand and strengthen our alumni network across the FIRST® Mid-Atlantic community.
To help us get started, we’ve created an Alumni Survey to collect contact information from FIRST® Mid-Atlantic alumni. We encourage teams, mentors, coaches, and volunteers to share this survey with former students as well as graduating seniors who will soon become alumni.
Our Mission
The Alumni Committee is dedicated to:
- Strengthening connections between alumni, FIRST® Mid-Atlantic, and one another.
- Supporting FIRST® Mid-Atlantic’s ongoing efforts to deliver successful events throughout the region.
- Creating meaningful opportunities for alumni to contribute to the continued growth and sustainability of FIRST® programs.
- Serving as a bridge between alumni, current students, mentors, sponsors, volunteers, and FIRST® Mid-Atlantic leadership.
Who Is Considered an Alumni?
For this initiative, a FIRST® Mid-Atlantic alumnus/alumna is any individual who has graduated from high school and previously participated in a FIRST® program—including FLL, FTC, or FRC—and either resides in or maintains a connection to a team in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, or Delaware.
How You Can Help
If you’re a mentor, coach, volunteer, or team leader, you likely have connections with former students and graduating seniors. By sharing our Alumni Survey, you’ll help us build a stronger, more connected alumni community and create new opportunities for engagement across the region.
