Jr.FLL/FLL Events
- In the event of predicted inclement weather (i.e. ice storm, snow….), please look for an email from the tournament director, the day before the event, by 12pm and by 7am the day of the event (if necessary). The top of this page will also contain information about any event cancellations.
- A FLL qualifier event cancellation will be determined by the host venue and the qualifier coordinator. The decision will be based on weather predictions or the possibly unsafe conditions at the venue.
- If possible, a canceled qualifier will be rescheduled. Due to timing or venue availability, it may not be possible to reschedule. In those cases, we will try to incorporate teams into other qualifiers assuming there is room for them.
- If it is not possible to incorporate teams into another event the FMA FLL Affiliate Partner will randomly select a finite number of teams to attend the champion’s event. Teams will be contacted by email.
- In all cases and outcomes event registration fees will not be refunded because of costs incurred by FMA FLL. However, all team participation buttons will be distributed to the registered teams.
